Bitnox hosted the October edition of Founders Friday Abeokuta on 30 October 2026. Over 20 founders and tech enthusiasts gathered for a session on “Terms & Offers: How to Read and Interpret a Term Sheet.”
On Friday, 30 October 2026, Bitnox Hub hosted the October edition of Founders Friday Abeokuta. More than 20 founders, builders and tech enthusiasts attended.
The evening was led by the City Patron, Akolade Paul. The conversations were lively, and attendees had plenty of time to share ideas, ask questions and connect with others in Abeokuta’s growing tech community.
The topic of the day was “Terms & Offers: How to Read and Interpret a Term Sheet.” It was a practical session for founders preparing to raise funds. It looked at what a term sheet is, the key terms that shape a deal, and why it pays to understand an offer fully before signing. Attendees left better equipped to approach investor conversations with clarity and confidence.
As the host, Bitnox also gave a short presentation about our work in software development and tech training, and about the Bitnox Hub space, which is available for events.
